Yes, you can use BUNKR with an unlimited number of devices so long as they are tied to a single phone number. You are able to use separte SIM cards when traveling, see FAQ on SIM cards
Can I send large files and media such as photos, power points, videos and other content via BUNKR ?
Yes, BUNKR is designed to allow you to share large files, further, you can share seamlessly across iOS, Android, Mac and Windows desktops.
Can BUNKR’s password manager replace my current password manager ?
Yes, BUNKR’s password manager can replace your current personal password manager. We handle imports from every major password manager. This is something our customers can do themselves but for help, once you download BUNKR just reach out on BUNKR Support and they guide you through the steps.
Is BUNKR a replacement for my current text messenger which uses cellular connectivity ?
BUNKR messaging is great for replacing text with your most important contacts, family, close friends and colleagues. BUNKR is designed from day one for people who want privacy and security while conducting legimate personal and business affairs. BUNKR operates seamlessly between cellular and WiFi.
Text messengers are vulnerable to spam, scams, imposter attacks, political nuisances and other distractions. BUNKR completely eliminates these types of messages while keeping your communications private. You will *not* receive spam or solicitations, political messages and other fraudulent, distracting messages.
Lastly, secret messengers are rampant with millions of imposters, bots and cyber-criminals. It is extremely common for these accounts to launch attacks on legimate users. Unlike these secret-messengers BUNKR vets cyber-criminals, imposters and bots from joining so will never be attacked.
BUNKR customers still use text for casual friends, vendors, etc but many customers move their extended family over to BUNKR.
I use Microsoft, Apple and Google cloud storage, is BUNKR a replacement for all of them ?
50 GB of storage is included, great for your most important documents & media. Customers keep travel docs, identification & passports, insurances, payment info, registrations, as well as their most important photos and memorabilia.
We are not a full replacement for Google, Apple cloud
Can I access BUNKR through a web browser without the app similar to Slack ?
No, opening up access to the associated web ports comes with a range of security vulnerabilities. BUNKR is fully committed to best-of-class, bank-level security and privacy.

Yes, you will be prompted for a valid credit card during registration. Trial periods still apply.

Can I get a family plan with multiple phone numbers at a discount?
We understand the importance of keeping your family secure. While we currently offer individual plans, we are actively working on a family/group pricing model that will allow you to secure multiple accounts under one plan at a discounted rate. Can I use BUNKR on more than one device?
Absolutely! BUNKR is designed for flexibility. You can use your subscription across multiple devices, whether it’s on your phone, tablet, or desktop. Your data syncs seamlessly across all platforms, ensuring you have access wherever you go.
Does one subscription cover my entire family?
Each BUNKR subscription is tied to an individual account for security purposes. However, we’re developing family and group plans that will make it easier to secure your whole family under one subscription. For now, each family member would need their own subscription.
Do you offer plans with more storage?
We understand that your storage needs may grow over time. Currently, our highest tier offers 50GB of storage, but we are actively working on expanding our storage options. If you need more space, stay tuned for new offerings coming soon, or reach out to us directly to discuss your needs.
Do people I share files with need to have the BUNKR app?
Not necessarily. When you share files through BUNKR, you can use our BUNKR Secure Link feature. This allows you to send an encrypted link to your recipient, who can then authenticate themselves to access the files securely—even if they don’t have the BUNKR app.
How do I transfer my passwords from LastPass to BUNKR?
You can import all of your LastPass passwords into BUNKR with a click of a button. Simply follow the instructions in this quick video guide. The importer section starts at 25 seconds.
Can I synchronize my BUNKR account across multiple devices?
Yes, accounts are created on a per phone number basis, and all of your devices will be synchronized if you log in with the same phone number. If you and your spouse want separate accounts, simply use your respective phone numbers.
I have multiple devices (iOS, macOS, Windows, and Android) in my household. Do I need just one account for all devices?
Yes, you can use one account for all your devices as long as you log in with the same phone number. If you want to keep your accounts separate, each person should use their own phone number to create a unique account.
Can I use BUNKR on my PC if I don’t have a cell phone?
Yes, you can use BUNKR on your PC without any issues. We have desktop versions of BUNKR available for both Windows and MacOS. You can download them from our website: https://bunkr.life.
Does BUNKR sell customer data to any third parties?
No. BUNKR believes that Privacy is a Human Right & we do not sell customer data in any form.
How does BUNKR secure customer encryption keys?
Encryption within all aspects of BUNKR is always on and cannot be disabled. BUNKR stores all of your information encrypted in our cloud as well as encrypted on your phone. Your information is transferred to our cloud in an encrypted format. Your information is stored encrypted in our cloud in all forms, database, text, blobs, and other. All communications between BUNKR customers are encrypted, and private (see privacy below). Storage encryption algorithms are FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic module AES 256-bit cypher. Communication encryption protocols are TLS (SHA-256), SSL (MD5).
