Kurt Long, Founder and CEO of BUNKR, is an entrepreneur and philanthropist with over 30 years of information security and privacy experience. He has dedicated his career to creating software businesses which secure and protect people’s lives, most notably FairWarning – which created the category of software known as healthcare patient-privacy-monitoring.

Kurt grew FairWarning to over 50% U.S. market share, protecting 250 million patients, 8,500 healthcare systems, and $1 trillion in assets under management worldwide. FairWarning sold to Imprivata in 2019, and continues to safeguard information for millions of patients globally.

Driven by his mission to ensure privacy for all, Kurt Long, alongside his sons Trent and Hobie, founded BUNKR to deliver bank-level security to everyone on Earth. Designed with a human-first approach, the product is used by the Long family, their close friends, and trusted affiliates.

Kurt enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and contributing to the community, notably as a member of the University of Florida’s President’s Council. Most recently, he and his wife, Teresa, pledged $1 million to the University’s new Hamilton Center. The center is devoted to research teaching on Western Civilization and the principles of civil discourse and free society.
